PCBN & PCD Cutting Tools

Our PCBN inserts are used for turning, milling, grooving and boring hardened ferrous materials. They consist of polycrystalline cubic boron nitride with a metallic or ceramic binder. PCD inserts use polycrystalline diamond tips brazed to carbide inserts for high-speed machining of non-ferrous materials, wood, aluminum and copper alloys.
